What the fruit does: The Kaze Kaze no Mi turns the user into a Wind Man/woman who is able to create & manipulate wind.

Levels:
Dormant: As a basic wind man/woman the user grains the abilities to grab the wind air around themself and utilize it as they see fit.

Awakened: As an advanced wind man/woman the user grains the abilities to grab the wind air around themself and utilize it as they see fit. The user is also now able to generate wind from their limbs allowing them to create winds currents.

Adept: As an experienced wind man/woman the user grains the abilities to grab the wind air around themself and utilize it as they see fit. The user is also now able to generate wind from their limbs allowing them to create winds currents. The user is also now able to create manipulate wind within a 100 foot radius of themselves.
